The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets faced off against the Northeastern Huskies on Sunday. The day started with senior day festivities honoring ten seniors playing their last home game for the Jackets.
The Huskies jumped on the Jackets early leading 2-0 before the Jackets notched their first goal. The Huskies continued to roll throughout the first quarter and lead 6-2 at the end of the quarter. The Jackets chipped away at the lead in the second quarter. The halftime score was 7-5 in favor of the Huskies. The Jackets got without one goal twice in the second half but never could get the equalizer and fell 11-9. The Jackets will next travel to Utah to face BYU and Utah Valley University.
