On a cloudy Saturday in Atlanta, the Jackets took on Alabama in the final home game of the season. Tech honored their five seniors before the game. The Jackets raced out to a 4-0 lead in the first quarter and played suffocating defense. The resurgent Crimson Tide fought throughout the game, but the Jackets were able to grind their way to a 13-4 victory behind a balanced scoring effort.
